Data storage - Webshop
We would like to point out that for the purpose of a simpler shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address and the buyer.
In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: telephone number, e-mail address. This data is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for pre-contractual measures. A data transmission to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods.
After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship shall be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase shall be stored beyond this until the expiry of the product liability (10 years).

AGB
Ticket orders and payment
Ordering tickets is possible in our online shop. Payment is only possible by bank transfer to the account of Jazzbuehne Lech.
Tickets can also be purchased at the box office one hour before the concert. Youth tickets can only be purchased at the box office.
Card redemptions and refunds
Card redemptions and refunds are generally not possible.
Attire
Attire appropriate to the festive nature of the concerts is requested.
Photo, video and sound recordings
Unauthorised photo, video and sound recordings are prohibited during Jazzbuehne events. Ticket holders agree to be pictured during or in the course of the event on any official photographs and video recordings that may be used by Jazzbuehne Lech for promotional purposes.
Mobile phones
Mobile phones and other sound-producing devices (including the signal function of wristwatches) must be switched off before the start of the concert.
Admission for latecomers
Admission for latecomers is only possible during the break.
Cancellation, termination or modification of the event
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate an event in accordance with the following provisions if this appears necessary in extreme exceptional situations. Such extreme exceptional situations exist in particular in the case of a justified danger of terrorist attacks, violent natural events, force majeure (e.g. acts of war, strikes, epidemics, operational disruptions), prevention, illness or death of an artist.
If the event for which the customer has purchased tickets is cancelled or interrupted, the customer is granted the right to return the ticket(s) to JAZZBUEHNE LECH after the event has been cancelled and to demand reimbursement. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be refunded the ticket price, unless the retail price of the ticket(s) is less than the printed ticket price, otherwise only the retail price will be refunded. If the event is cancelled, only a pro rata refund will be made. The customer shall not be entitled to any further claims due to the cancellation of the event, insofar as the organiser is not responsible for the reason for the cancellation.
Relocation of the event, change of cast
The Jazzbuehne Lech has the right to change the location, the time and the day of the event, as far as the realisation of the event at the agreed location, at the agreed time or on the agreed day has become or will become impossible through no fault of the organiser, if the change is reasonable for the customer.
